The Bermuda Government Department of Health have produced a useful food label guide in the style of traffic lights. This is designed to help children (and adults) differentiate between foods that are a 'great choice'; 'OK but not too much' or 'Only eat sometimes'.

GOOD Magazine warns about your household appliances that suck energy just by being plugged in, even if they aren't turned on. We call this wicked waste of power "Vampire Energy."
