Recycling Plant on Friday, April 11th at 9:45 am!

Engineering Waste Management Officer Stephen Gilbert.
As an organization in its formative stages, I would say that this past year has been the most exciting one yet and I feel it is just the tip of the iceberg. First and foremost, we have revamped and expanded our executive and management committee to strengthen the depth and expertise of Greenrock.
Heather Nova and Friends – Festival of Music
Thank You
Greenrock is very humbled by the amount of support we received in doing
our first large 'coming out' event - Heather Nova and Friends Festival
of Music . We have compiled a list of names of those individuals who
volunteered, provided financial assistance, or who came forward with
'in-kind' donations. We have also listed those companies who were
corporate patrons or who dontated time or goods to our cause. And
finally, to those corporate sponsors who provided us the base to ensure
we could produce this concert so that it was FREE to the genral public. Again, we thank you.
Save the Gardens was a collaborative effort pulling resources from many groups across the island. Greenrock was involved from the outset and was instrumental in pulling together the components for the Live concert and coming up with and executing the idea for the Botanical Information Hunt (including various prizes).
The Leslie Helpert show at 'Malvern' was a great first event for freeUP productions (www.freeupproductions.com).
Chewstick kicked off the evening. It was their last performance under that name. Poets 'Sunflower' and Laurel Monkman laid down their spoken word. Then Leslie Helpert took the stage. Over two hundred people attended!
