What motivates you out of bed in the mornings? Fear, guilt and then love, I have to wear many hats and have many responsibilities over the course of the day. Luckily, I have been able to build a career and company by doing something that I love.
What would you like to see change in your lifetime? More civic and community engagement, we can create more accountability and transparency by being involved.
Why should we care about Bermuda 's development? Being highly developed and a small island can create great tension and concern. We need to be very sensitive and thoughtful about how we use and regenerate our environmental, economic and human resources,
